I have been prescribed for cap uprise 60k tab 1 per day for week is this good or d360 sachet is good

I have little bit pain and swelling after recovering from wrist fracture. Please suggest me the remedy to overcome this problem. Should i dip my hand in hot water or use ice pack? Thanks in advance

I met with an accident on Dec'18.. Due to accident i got clavicle fracture at the right hand shoulder.But still I got a bone mark and little bit of pain... What should i do..?

Hello doctor...my father is suffering from severe muscle pain in his both upper hands...and at muscle joint point's.due to this he can't raise  His hands parallel to head.  He is taking the pills from neurologhy prescribed...and getting physiotherapy too...for hands...But still he is suffering from(like fiericing needle pain type)..one of the orthopedic doctor said they will give a injection at arm joint and rotate his hand...parallel to his head... My qntns is ...is it safe to to have that injection? Where as We want to go for medices.. .And he is Diabetic ...too... And he has pancreatic problem...          we are totally confused about...which doctor we have to consult about this problem?will u please suggest me Best specialist doctor...

Yesterday i met an accident, doctor suggesties to take an xray X ray shows ac joint subluxation. What is the remedy for this?

I have very intense pain left shoulder spreading in hand,feeling numbness and pain also back side just below shoulder blade from last one month ,i have taken medicine as prescribed by doctor but pain  not reliving,i have done x ray doctor says that upper disc of spine has stuck, i am continuosly wearing soft collar although situation is same, pain also going to hip and leg pls suggest what should i do
