Had an internal fixation of ankle done 6 years back. Now has pain and swelling around ankle !! How to proceed ?

I am having pain behind my right shoulder and pain in muscles of my right arm. It is worst in morning after waking up and sometimes pain increases if I turn my head to my right. It gets better if I take diclofenac 100 mg and also gets better if I raise my hand. Range of motion at shoulder joint is normal and grip strength is also normal. But the pain is bothering me a lot. I am not willing to take NSAIDS continually. I got an X ray of shoulder done on suggestion of my diabetologist and it was normal. He just told me to move my arm in all 3 planes 100 times in each plane everyday. Pain on the back of the shoulder improved but the muscle pain in the arm did not improve. I still feel horrible every morning when I wake up from bed or sit in office for prolonged time.                   My questions:- Can u suggest some medicine I can take at night for the pain in morning? Also is it safe to use NSAIDS daily along with zantac? Do I have cervical spondylosis or periarthritis of shoulder?

There is knee pain in my mother leg from last one month, we consult lots of doctors but didn't get any results.

I have got femur fracture in my right leg .it have been 20 days after my operation. Dr . Putten a rod in my leg .can I fully bend my knee.if yes then how much time it will take and please tell me the exercise for it.

From past few months I get regular knolee pain n all other joints also make crackling sound most of t times. And when i went for consultation and X-ray done they said I have a very thin bone marrow, what's the solution, and preferred food to recover from knee pain,

Slipped from a chair and got my toe finger sprained and when to GP and he suggested me to undergo for a xray and  found that there is a crack on it please kindly help me with this as I am diabetic will it cause any problem in future please kindly help me with the treatment and Precautions-.

I have swelling and pain with blood clots in my left foot due to an injury caused by iron trolley which fell on my foot from a height two weeks back. I have got an x-ray done and there is no fracture. But the pain and the clots are not going. Minor swelling is also there. Please help

My grandpa is 78 years and have swelling toes since 0ne month.actually he is having pain in left legs since last four months but we are seeing swelling in both of his toes since one month.we have consulted orthopaedic, physiotherapist for the same but nothing worked till now.also we have shown him to cardiologist thinking that blood pressure could be the reason but again swelling is not gone please help

I have been experiencing pain in the wrist of my right hand and it seems like a bone below the thumb area is shifted a little from its position. I need help with this issue. Please guide me.
