Bone & Muscle problems

Am generally active in exercises, I quit gym 2-3 months ago, I was in gym only for 3 months, I development pain in calf muscles for one month, it disappeared about 15 days ago, but recently from 10 days I hv knee pain, both the knees initially, but now only left knee from 4 days which is getting worse, am not able to sit cross legs, due to pain, and wen I sit I can't get up quickly but takes time to get up due to pain, unable to climb stairs, or bend my leg or walk fast, Anything to do with the knee hurts, my sleeping position At night usually I bend my legs n sleep, I thought this might hv caused n changed the position immediately, n sleeping freely, but still I hv terrible pain, I feel it's a bit swollen, And stiffness or tightness in the knee, I thought I ll do some leg stretches, but as I stretch my knee strts to pain, the knee cap n around, nd behind knee As well.. Please tell me what might have happened and a solution to it.. M jus 51kgs nd my height is 5.5..
