Bone & Muscle problems

Im suffering from back pain from 1 month . But the pain has reduced and it doesn't affect my lifestyle but im a athelete and this lower back pain was witnessed while Playing continuous badminton and after the pain got worst I stopped playing and then I took a proper rest but after that when I resumed to play then I started witnessing pain after a moment I started . Then I counsltated a Ortho specialist then he recommended me to take a X ray and I took it then the X ray showed no bony abnormalities then my doctor recommended me to do IFT physiotherapy for 5 days then after 5 days I gone to play then also after some moments I witnessed pain after that I again revisted the Ortho specialist then he told me to take a MRI and took the MRI of my lumbar sacral spine . Then in that the report came normal it showed no significant pain then he told me continue IR therapy and I undergone this for 5 days still there were no results . Now the pain only resist when i bend and in awkward leg moments

I have pain and swelling of hand fingers and leg fingers.Feeling very difficult to hold anything with hand.stiffed joints mostly when I woke up in the morning Blood test results are as below CBP: HAEMOGLOBIN 10.6 RA factor:10.2 Uric acid level:6.1 CRP:9.2 TSH:10.6 ESR:20 Are these symptoms and blood test reports indicate rhematoid arthritis.if so please suggest treatment and diet to follow Not taking medication for thyroid.is it needed to take medication. 2 yrs back have undergone heart surgery for 1 stent and under medication. Under medication for diabetics and bloodpressure

I m suffering from lower back pain since 1 month due to playing badminton . I took MRI scan but the scan shows no disc malfunction and any bony diffect. My pain is now only observed when im in any awkward position like bending and sudden leg moments as im a athelete I need to diagnose this problem and I have undergone IFT physiotherapy and there is still no use and request you to guide me and get my health back.
