Bone & Muscle problems

My brother was involved in an accident and his right leg bone was 60% smashed. Somehow he was under treatment but after surgery went normal but after all we realized that the surgery was a failure and there is a gap between the Bone and it got infected. So, what will be the best option now? Suggest us some good orthopedic hospitals for the same.

I had posted a question recently about my son who has been diagnosed with acute Osteomyelitis. We did the MRI scan and got the report. The findings of the report states that there is hyperintensity of the distal radial metadiaphysis with marrow edema of the epiphysis and distal dialysis. The impression states that Marrow signal abnormality at distal metadiaphysis of radius with periosteal reaction and surrounding muscle edema. However, the radiologist suggested tissue diagnosis to rule out less likely differential possibility of neoplastic lesion. The consulting doctor advised to get a biopsy done to be on the safer side. Need some guidance please. It looks like its much more serious than we thought. Please provide some insight.

When i try to sleep and lay down on my bed, pain in the upper back starts and i am unable to move or turn around.

Suffered rib fracture last week I got. Taking prescribed Pain killers. Feeling throbbing in that area from yesterday

I am suffering from legs pain' joints pain from last 6 years. I visited doctor's he gives some tablets and  it's cure. After some (3-4) months again will start and it's repeat from the last 6 years. At the time of morning have pain. Now from 5 months heavy back pain. I visited 5 to 6 doctors for back pain but no result no cure. I done Lab test also blood, urine, ECG, X-ray also everything in normal.

There is small sweling 2 inches above ankle on both legs after a 10 km run. The pain in decreasing after 1 week rest but increases when a i walk more. This is my second 10km run. There were more similar pain in my colar bone n fore arm after gym but they are good now. Please suggest.

Right leg pain severly from thigh to knee rapidly,problem in walking,seating and also in other day today activities

I have lower back pain from last 2 months. I Didn't consult doctor till now. Nor take any medicine. When I drive my car for 2 hours, I stared lower back pain. Wat to do now.

Posterior annular disc bulges with subtle tear ; dessication ; prolapse ( L5-S1 > L4-L5 ) noted at L4-L5 and L5-S1 with mild right paracentral and foraminal broad based protrusion indenting the ventral thecal sac causing b/l lateral recess narrowing with abutment over b/l traversing nerve roots ( more so at the right traversing nerve root at L5-S1 please explain is this serious

Sir, do you treat survival spondylosis. I have been suffering from this for last one year, and have done psyotherepy but no relief.
