I collide with a severe bike accident in which I had diffuse axinol injury I was in coma for 2 months then physio took place I became ok now it’s been 2.5 years I m facing difformaties in right hand means calcium has increased on joint on right hand due to this I can’t straight my hand nor I can mould

I have completed MRI Megafreeflex once a day Sazo500 twice a day On 4th Jan Fluid from the knee was removed , since then I have been taking medicine , not able to bend the knee fully, climbing and coming down the stairs is also difficult. I am suffering from lower back pain since two months not continuously when I rest then it cure automatically but  My work is sitting job 8 hours a day but whenever I don't sit it cures automatically my weight is 92 kg height 173 cm.15 days before  I visited orthopaedic surgeon my x ray reports are normal but what is the problem why my pain not cure totally please suggest what I do.

I have lower back pain on sides . I guess near pelvis. And difficult to sit even for an hour. U feel some pressure on middle back while sitting. It's been over a month now. I consulted doctor had x-ray but there was nothing.doctor mentioned it could be muscle spasm.
