Bone & Muscle problems

Sprained ankle so doc put it in a cast last Saturday saying ligament torn. The cast hampers my movement and my ankle does not pain but my feet and knee has started paining due to the weight of the cast. Should I remove the cast ? Will ankle braces available in market help?

As soon as I put my headphones over my ears my headache starts with eyes burn and sweat accompanied by the feeling of suffocation. Kindly advise

The ligament tear has healed but during winter season the pain is there and makes it difficult to walk or do any other activities... sufficient rest is given still pain exists in the leg .... necessary medications taken ... kindly advise if its ok to climb two wheeler vehicle...

Hello I had a left femoral shaft and neck head region fracture in sep.surgery was done.bone has not united fully yet.I have started walking with the help of stick but m feeling pain since last 2 days.while walking m limping and bending to the operated side?will I be able to walk properly? I have been experiencing tightness in my calf muscle regularly after my ACL operation on my left knee. Sometimes it's not there but most of the times in my upper right part of my left calf I feel tightness as if it's caught by some nerve. I wanted to know what could be the issue and how to fix it?

I have one small accident before 10-15 years I felt from bicycle at that time I had injury on left knee and after that it has swelling for one two weeks after that I had consulted orthopedic doctor in my village and he had prescribed me some medicines and suggested for X- ray which I did and from that doctor revealed that there is no injury to bones and it became normal after medications. But after that I am suffering from a severe slip off when I am walking and it is that much severe that m not able to walk n it will get normal after medications It happens very rarely i. e i had same before 9 years and now before 2 month so i have consulted same doctor in my village nd he suggested me MRI of left knee which attaching herewith. Please see and suggest whether it is curable normally or mandatory to operate

My father ligament injured while playing badminton and he slips before 28 days..doctor give him medicines..At first visit-Tb.Enzoflam,Tab.Ranidom and leucocrepe and X ray is done..Currently He is on tb.Evion,Tb.D shine from same doctor..He cant sleep at night due to pain..He cant straightened his leg..I have some queries.1).Is this right treatment?2)Need operation?3)when He will recover from it?...thanx doctor..
