Bone & Muscle problems

Hello sir, I have a lower back pain from last 7 days...and some times I feel there is a pain in my legs also..i dont have any tingling sensation and some times that pains was shifted from one side to another side but I don't have a heavy pain..is there any serious issues..which specialist do I need to consult.

Is it curable by doing exercises,. If so please let me guide me the type of exercises. So that I will follow

From 2-3 days I am feeling pain in my thumb joint without any injury. I was feeling very light pain from last some days but today it is too high.

M.S.Ortho,MRCS  MRI OF LUMBO-SACRAL SPINE      Technique:    Sagittal T1, FSE T2, axial T1, axial T2, coronal T1.    Findings:  Minimal posterocentral disc protrusion seen at L5-S1 level. No nerve root impingement seen. Vertebral bodies and their posterior elements show normal marrow signal intensity. Conus medullaris and cauda equina show normal morphology. Thecal sac displays normal signal intensity. No intraspinal mass lesion seen. Sagittal spinal canal dimensions (bony) are within normal limits. Pre and paravertebral soft tissue planes appear normal.   Screening of sacro-iliac and hip joints: Both sacro-iliac joints appear normal. No femoral head avascular necrosis seen.     Screening of cervical and thoracic spine: No significant disc protrusions or canal stenosis. No intrinsic cord lesion or extramedullary cord compression seen. Vertebral bodies appear normal.       

Severe back pain in left side above hip. Can't sit properly. Problem in bending. If pressed the area it aches..

My 10 yr daughter complains of foot pain, sometimes at toe area, sometimes heel and sometimes whole foot. This pain is not triggered by anything particular. Sometimes she gets up in middle of night complaining about pain. She is active in sports. She wears comfortable shoes. Sometimes she does not complain for months, and then suddenly without any reason her foot starts paining. She gets well after soaking the foot in warm water. But I am little concerned about her, should I be worried about this?

Currently my height is 5.5. Please suggest some proven ways to help increase one's height. Would love to hear back for all the guidance

He is 2 yrs old but not able to walk. His leg are weak comparing to other children. It seems as footdrop issue

While sitting or standing long time i am getting pain... I took an Xray which is attached. Kindly suggest if the xay is normal or is there any abnormality.. the pain is foe 3 weeks and i have done few sittings of IFT and pain relieving therapy. Kindly suggest is there changes in my x ray.

After total knee replacement surgery does it will effect the muscle strength of the legs as advanced techniques are available for knee replacement surgery.
