The numbness is coming almost daily in left hand along with hand pain. Earlier I was having irreegilar pain in left neck and shoulder when this all started. What can be the probable cause. I am daily taking medicine for GeRd I.e acid reflux proton pump inhibitor

My wife has shoulder pain from shoulder to elbow from 2 days . Please suggest me why this happen . What need to do.

I had earlier bicipital tendinitis 6 months ago.also I have mild spondylitis. Now I m getting pain in legs.. Below knee. 3 days ago there was the pain in right leg and yesterday the pain started in left. Where in I m unable to move or walk. Even twisting or bending the leg was not possible. Sometimes my right palm the thumb area also starts to pain and my thumb shivers. I am unable to hold anything and there is this constant tingling feeling inside. I have hashimoto thyroiditis. I want to know what is causing these kind of sudden pain and what are the medication. I don't know when such kind of pain will start because it happens all of a sudden and the pain becomes unbearable. All such health problems started in a span of 1 year. It is still not certain that this is an ortho or neuro problem.Kindly suggest what might be the reason for such pains and what is the diagnosis.
