Bone & Muscle problems

I am suffering from cervical spondalities one of major problem which I face is during sleeping time I use soft towel as pillow however during night whenever my head get off the towel pillow whichever side that side arms get numb with no sensation and only after I put back my head again on pillow then slowly blood circulation get started which I can feel in my arms however this happens many times in night  resulting in lack of proper sleep and back pain pls suggest possible reason for it and how to improve upon it also suggest what type of mattress would be helpful for me.

I am suffering from tmj disorder. As a result of this, my facial muscles are very tight, bite is dismissed with some noising sounds from neck and upper back during or movement. Now some time whenever I lean my head or neck backword i feel a popping type sound near my spinal cord. Also when I stretch my neck and expand my chest i listen some crunching type sounds from my neck and upper back. Can you please tell me why this type of sounds are arising? Are this type of sounds arising due to my jaw and muscle spasm? Please tell me what should I do now. Please suggest some exercise for doing daily according to my condition. Please help me with detailed informations.

My mom is feeling pain in her feet and the area is swollen. She is not able to walk properly. She consult the doctor and as per doctor *per ki haddi badh gyi hai " However. She was examine through xray. Still she is not well and feeling the same pain in her feet.. Pls suggest

Complain : mild pain in back side of neck and head. On October 22 results of Vitamin D 25 hydroxy was 10.0 Medication Thiospas A4 for 3 days Trptomer 10mg for 1 month Neurokind for 1 month Arachitol injection once a week for two weeks only. Complain : pain in shoulder joints(acromion). Today’s Jan 15 investigation and medication. Vitamin D 25 Hydroxy more than 126.0 Medication Medrol 4 mg for 10 days ( I took for 4 days only. ) What should I do to reduce my vitamin D 25 hydroxy levels. I’m hydrating my body and taking low calcium food. Not taking any multivitamin now. Taking itraconazol for fungal nail infection. 200 mg per per. 100 mg day, 100 mg night.

My position created at once when automatically by Hypo Thyroid attack previously 25 days, T3 and T4 are normal but TSH is 13, what to do please advice.

Hi My father slipped from activa 10 days back, he is having fracture in shoulder. One doctor suggested to go with operation and other suggested to just use beaces and support. we went with the support only, I am attaching xray old(10 days back) and new(today) . Please suggest what to do.

Surgery done before 10 months for knee bursitis. Now again I am facing similar issue Can not bend my knee. Pain while standing for more than 20 mins.
