Am having cervical problem, Plz suggest any medicine for cervical dizziness for instant relief from it

I had been experiencing lower back pain for a while and then my hips started hurting a lot and the pain is going towards my legs and tailbone Now my upper back and the spinal cord hurts a lot too. I've been on bed rest for the past 3 days

What is correct treatment for this , already put plaster for 15 days . Again doctor advised for 15 days plaster
