Hi i have a minor wedge compression in L1 spine vetebrae due to car accident doctor told me to rest for 21 days and nothing else is there will be any long term effect of this fracture on my body if i will do gym or sports after 6 month ?

Pain in upper back and bones from last 5 months. Pain comes and goes it is not continuous but from last 10 days suffering fron  continuous pain . Visiting physio for last 6 days still no relief. Help me out what to do

I just want to understand what is knee gaping n what r the causes. Is there only one solution n tgat is surgery. Because after 2 yr medication my mom is in pain. We have consult so many dr. Bt she is not relieved. Also can she do workout (light) at home like streching walking n all. Because after excercise she is having pain. Should i call some physiotherapist ? Would tgis help !?

Hello, I seem to have severe pain in my calf muscles only during nights.. I have vitamin d deficiency and also low hb level and also lactose I tolerant.. could this be the reason.. I was on bed rest for a few days after my laparoscopy.. how do I get rid of this leg pain..

I am CALCIUM deficient. My doctor prescribe shelcal once a day. What is best time to take after morning meal or evening meal.

I met with a road accident and was operated for Proximal tibia type 5 fracture in December beginning I have been in a brace till now ... my query is by when should I be able to bend my knee or remove brace and keep foot down.

I am CALCIUM weak due to nerve weak . my doctor prescribe me remylin nerve supplement at night and shelcal calcium supplement once if I take it with remylin at night it cause gas. Is remylin iron supplement. And if I take it in morning than no gas why

I am a 19 year old student who had ACL surgery and medial meniscus repair about a month ago, I am able to bend my knee upto 90° and fully extend my knee . From when can I expect to walk normally (just walking and climbing stairs) without crutches ?

My mom 71 years old ,is having osteoporosis,i have been giving her rockbon kit  (combikit of ibandronic acid tablet,calcium citrate malate,calcitriol tablet)medicine since 3 years . should I continue it,will it have side effects ?
