Bone & Muscle problems

Hi there since past 5 days the weather has gone haywire so has my pain. Since 5 days I m suffering from stinging pain on the left leg upper portion behind. I'm allergic to NSAIDS so I can't just keep popping pain killers etc which make matters worse for me o. I'm also possibly arthritic with the lower back region in stage 1 mostly as some experience doctors claim I'm fine whereas other say I'm not possibly due to slush season of pain.But now I'm again at the peaks of pain. Isn't there any permanent solution or I'll be suffering like this for my life permanently. Been physically fit most of time but this pain hampers my daily exercise routine which is swimming+Workout. Sometimes matters are worse that I feel like it was better that i didn't have them legs literally as it would make me less bothersome but then again it's called life and everyone suffers this so I take all my anger on God/Lord or whatsoever because even after such high tech and improvements still must undergo such torture

I have this problem of runner's knee, I cannot run or sit down while folding my legs. I was even told not to wear high heels. If I do so, my get knee gets swollen and I have pain. I need some suggestion so that this is cured.

Since many days I am getting in the lower back..and pain at both sides of it where the kidneys are located.i am unable to bend a little for a longer time

I underwent TKR of my right knee 2 months back. Am doing my exercises thrice a day and walking for at least 500m everyday. General pain and burning at the implant area persists. On some days, pain and burning shoots up. Yesterday, burning became very severe and didn't allow me to sleep even for a single minute. Am currently taking Rosiflex Trio 1-0-1 and TP Care 0-0-1. Other pain medications increased belching and finally resorted to TP Care. Is it normal for pain and burning to increase on some days badly? Other than icing is there anything that can be done to reduce burning? What are the symptoms of any other complication? Any suggestion for emergency medicine to manage sudden pain or burning?

Hello doctors. My husband has been getting severe heel pain when standing or walking. Of late the pain is in both legs and he keeps hitting on his heels to relieve pain.what might be the reason for this? He is drinking more of water though
