My grandma is suffering from gout pain since yesterday and she is having recurring pain with a very high intensity accompanied by a mild fever. please suggest some medication

Does I had to do the operation of right knee or some other method is their to cure it because I can not walk properly can not step up the stairs or can not run

I regularly play cricket. Today morning i did not do warm up for shoulders and pulled a muscle in my left shoulder the very first ball. Its stiff now and paining.

Before three years my middle finger injured by auto accident after nearby doctor(vedamalayan hospital,madurai) splint my middle finger with nearby but after year passed i am not able to straight or close my finger .then i am visited another doctor he told we should place artificial nerve for finger and another doctor told your finger malunited, i am confused what to do.i am at tamilnadu,madurai who is the best doctor to solve my problem

I had a haematoma in my left knee in November after meeting with a car accident, and it was cleared in due time by an ortho surgeon. He asked me to do physiotherapy for two weeks, and unfortunately, I could not as a result of which I feel a continuous strain in my left knee even now. Is there any point of going for physio now? I was wondering how I can perhaps tend to it, at this juncture?

I got hurt in ankle on 29th Dec 2018 there was continues pain in leg so doctor advised me for MRI of ankle; today I got report request you to kindly go through it and give suggestions according so that I can  go further for treatment..

I am getting my left shoulder pain when i am raising my hand in some specific position and wearing my shirts. Can some one help me on understand the reason. Normally I sleep on sides right or left position might change during sleeping

My MRI report says this Superior end plate depression  involving L4 Disc desiccation changes noted at L3-L4 and L5-S1 levels Diffuse disc bulge with posture-central disc protrusion at L3-L4 level. With no neural compromise Diffuse disc bulge at L4-L5 and L5-S1levels with no neural compromise Disc osteophyte complex noted at  C4-C5 ,C5-C6 levels causing compression of thecal sac and grade-1 central canal stenosis.  My pain is worse from last 2 days going upper back and even I bent forward a little n while sitting also Pain at shoulders also I'm really bothered becoz I'm married still we don't have any child When I was using tablets for last 20 days a little pain now my 20 days course completed but pain still exists is there any solution for permanent cure

I underwent an ACL reconstruction on December 28. Currently I'm doing my physiotherapy and exercises. The knee is slightly swollen and I can't keep it straight or  bend more than 120 degrees. Also there are muscle cramps and pains. Is this normal? Should I push for more excercises?

Is rejoint 500mg+400mg same as rejoint new 650/700 as the previous s not available . Please guide as what to buy as the other medicine which s prescribed s out of stock
