When I was child , I was hurt on knee due to fall down on the floor. This resulted in to swelling of Knee and got in to pain. At that time My mummy used Move cream & massage for some days. It gave me some relief at that time. As I grew up, my pain also grew up. Now I am getting pain daily. In winter it hurts me more. It seems some flesh accumulated. What should I do ? To whom should I consult ?

Hi, Its been a week after my microdisectomy and I feel a sudden pain in my lower back again. I did some cooking ensuring I dont bend forward or twist or lift. I was in a standing position for more than an hour. Due to some issue I had to do cooking and dishes but I did not bend or twist myself. Is the pain feel is normal since I am worried.

Hi, I have  pains in both my shoulders( sometimes left and sometimes right) and also neck intermittently. Last year I developed serious pain in my right part while playing badminton. It got better with medications and few physio therapy session. But i believe its not sorted. The pain on shoulder can be felt while carrying my office bag and also it feels weak sometimes. There have also been 2/3 times when I woke up in the middle of  night with a sudden unbearable pain on my left shoulder. After   a lot of struggle, I manage to sleep and when i get up in the morning the pain vanishes. Maybe it has to do with wrong sleeping position but it never used to happen before. Currently i am having pain on the left shoulder and left part of neck. Please guide me.

I get lower back pain when I stand more than 5-10 minutes. I'm about 105 kgs. Non smoker. Non alcoholic. I drive 2 wheeler a lot. Pain subsides when I sit for about 5 minutes. I am unable to lift anything or bend with it pains. Please tell me what should be done. Thank you.
