How to find out if there is any infective focus at the site of spinal injection? Even if the MRI and CT scan shows perfectly normal reports?

I have pain in back and right leg groin and sound also come when I move my back in irregular direction Doctor ordered a HLA-B27 PCR qualitative and ESR Both came negative X-ray of both joint is also normal What I have to do Will have to go for physiotherapy.

A month ago I underwent anthroscopy for ACL Ganglion cyst removal from my left knee. Post surgery my left knee is still week and is recovering & because of which most of my body pressure is on my right knee, I have started feeling pain on my right knee too. Any suggestions on how should I handle this, I am afraid that this may cause problems on my good knee too. Thanks

I have pain while sitting and standing up in my tailbone area.even painkillers are not helping much.I am using d coccyx Cushion as well.my job involves prolonged sitting.

My mother has done MRI and report showed L1-L3, L4-L5, S1. She is in deep pain and she is also a cancer patient which has been diagonised in October last year. Operation had been done and then chemo cycles are going on post which radiation will get started. Since this pain related to the spine problem is very intense she isn't able to sleep or stand properly. Can you please suggest what should be done so that she can be relieved and cured of this pain. I am not interested in surgery in first place. We thought about - physiotherapy but not sure where to start as the situation as of now due to her cancer treatment the spine problem remains Un-addressed. Could you suggest few home readies till the time chemo radiation gets over. And also can you suggest if chiropractor and physiotherapy would be helpful

My mom is suffering from knee problem since last year after being hospitalized for chikungunya. We consulted a few doctors but they could not cure her. A doctor from Bombay hospital used to give her injection on knee which was a temporary solution.Her weight is around 65 and now she is unable to sit in the washroom. please suggest a permanent solution to this.

Any joint problems are possible at 20 year old male.what type of problems occur at this age at what age cartilage problem occur

My MRI report says this Superior end plate depression involving L4 Disc desiccation changes noted at L3-L4 and L5-S1 levels Diffuse disc bulge with posture-central disc protrusion at L3-L4 level. With no neural compromise Diffuse disc bulge at L4-L5 and L5-S1levels with no neural compromise Disc osteophyte complex noted at C4-C5 ,C5-C6 levels causing compression of thecal sac and grade-1 central canal stenosis. 

I had an accident on 29th . I have rib fracture & i m on bed rest . My heartbeats are very fast today m not feeling well can you please let me know what to do and m having problem while taking breaths. I have attached my discharg docs and medicine which i m taking . But now i m not taking any medicine for ladt two days but some vitamins and calcium tablets
