Dear Ortho oncologist Surgeon, I'm Manjunath from Bangalore.... This is humble request for you to refer the image. And read my message and reply . My previous message was not answered according to the request & Question . My problem is I'm suffering from Giant cell Tumor since 2015 and under went multiple surgeries for more than 5 Times in the Right leg knee tibia bone joint. After taking Denosumab injection and follow up with doctor there is Recurrence again. Now doctor suggested for TKR. But im not interested for knee replacement. Since few days I'm thinking whether Live Tibia bone can be Replaced and operated... If this is possible please share your contact details or email id. I will come with Documents ..

Sorry we have many oncosurgeons  in Bengaluru and revision surgery like yours the oncosurgery don't take it lightly and would have discussed in Tumor Board meetings before jumping into conclusions with many oncosurgery brains in one room. So follow your oncosurgeons advice or else come to Prakriya hospitals in Bengaluru if you have not met them before to have a proper management

Would like to see detailed history of ur previous surgeries and also scans of present situation of the knee extent of lesion as well as articular surface To comment further

This procedure many surgeons including me have done..but the question is what is your bone condition...what is your muscle power..what is the functional outcome going to be once we transplant..you have not share any xray at all..
