What is the best treatment to cure bone spurs near spine, if we don't wanna go for operation? Can they be reduced opposite to as they have developed, Can physiotherapy also help something to cure this?

If those bone spurs are irritating a nerve and causing you leg pain, then you may need surgery
However if you have only backpain and the location of spur is not near a nerve root, then it can be managed.
