I have been diagnosed with a herniated disc and i have been advised surgery by the doctor.I want to avoid surgery and i have heard that slip disc can be treated by non surgical decompression therapy.If so, how long does it takes to fully heal and what is the best place to visit for the treatment as slip disc had bought my life and daily activities to a complete halt.

I have been getting shoulder aches for a couple of weeks. Recently I also started feeling joint pain at shoulder after getting up in the morning.

Hello, I have severe pain in my left leg knee from the last 7 years. Creaking sound also come from it. I have visited physiotherapist before and done exercises but the pain is not going. Should i consult a Orthopedic doctor now? Is it a ligament problem? Kindly give your suggestion.

I have been facing this since so long. I get clicking sound from my knees every 5min. A little bit pain.i am afraid as I am 27years only. What if I had serious arthritis... In this winter this sounds are more than other days. What should I do now. Plz suggest exercises and diet.

Hi, Currently my mother is under treatment for knee pains. Doctor said that there is no need of surgery by seeing X-ray. So,  he prescribed medicine and physiotherapy. After doing these things the situation is even worse. She is not able to go to wash room even with support. Can you please suggest the treatment for this problem? Thank you!

Hi sir,today while doing exercise suddenly had one neck cracking sounds.and after that feel little pain on that position.i can move my neck.but feeling little pain on that neck joint position.can you suggest what to do..is it need a examination?

Facing pain in middle portion of my feet while walking. Earlier i use to run, not sure what is the exact reason. It may be the ligament connected to the toe where the pain is.
