Bone & Muscle problems

While playing, another girl's knee hit my knee and from that time, my knee is not stable but i am not getting any pain. While bending my knee, i can feel that some muscle is getting stretched. Is it any serious issue?

Hi, My name is Amit and I am 37 year old. Recently i have noticed that there is an excessive pain below my left knee if i play too much. This is not the cast with right one. There is a point which when pressed pains otherwise it's fine. It seems like there is some extra growth of bone over there. Could you please guide, what could it be? Thank you in advance.

How can i heal osteochondritis in my knees. I have a vague pain in my knees and difficulty taking stairs. The xrays says i have ocd in rt femoral condyl. And my hams, quads and calves are stiff in both legs. I am taking physio sessions but they are not very helpful.

Hi, I am having lower back pain right side and also I observed my right leg is pulling (feeling like vibrations some times). Please let me what happened to me.

Unable to walk or run properly because of heel pain it's been a while. Took the X-ray in Dec 2017 and family doctor said it was calcaneal spur and took injection for both the heels. For a while I was ok, again the pain started. Kindly suggest any treatment without operation.

My doctor suggested Razo 20 along with Myoril for back pain. According to practo Razo 20 is for ulcers and acidity regulations. What would be the reason for Razo 20?

Its been 1month suffering from pain in shoulder back,triceps and neck .Done all medicine and MRI foundC7 disc protrusions compression cord.Did physiotherapy and home exercise found pain relived but not full as triceps pain is gone but slight pain on shoulder neck line doctor suggested to do surgery or epidural injection 1.Want know how safe is epidural injection ?and 2.Can i perform gym workouts with taking precaution of neck? and heavy weight? 3. While rotating shoulder front bone noise come is it normal in cervical pain case? Thanks in Advance

Hi, I have backache from last 1.5 years. Also, I can't even walk for more than 10mins and feel exhausted  and tired all the day.I feel much  pain in my legs and arms  also.MRI suggests mild disc bulge which according to the doctor's can't be only reason for such aggravated pain. I have undergone many scans and blood tests. All my blood tests are also normal. I have undergone blood tests for vitamin D , vitamin B12,calcium,uric acid, thyroid,sugar and arthritis..but all the reports come out to be normal. I had taken physiotherapy sessions also which couldn't help me. It's been a very long time now and nothing has been diagnosed yet and I am not able to live a normal life because of the restricted physical activity. Please suggest.
