Sir, do you treat survival spondylosis. I have been suffering from this for last one year, and have done psyotherepy but no relief.

There is pain in the right side of the stomach and there is pain on the left side of the back. My operation has been done for 1 attention and 1 stone even after that, since then the pain has started.

I have a pain in right leg groin(joint ).also have pain in back and some crackling sound comes when moving leg and back in any irregular direction.

I fall from a bike and whole weight was taken by my left hand .since that I'm having severe pain in the left hand.my x Ray was done and it was ok.i enquired for carpal tunnel but it wasn't dere.im unable to bear weight .doc advised me for hot water dip and ball exercises and some hand movement exercise .pain usually worsens at night and in morning.dere was no inflammation after accident when can I expect a recovery and how long will it be ok as before

My mother has osteoarthritis. She is 64 years old. How can she exercise and keep her weight under control. She cannot stand or walk for a long time. Please advise.

Hi, I have been suffering from slip disc for last 3 to 4 months. Initially there was only pain on left leg while driving(may be nerve). But since last 2 weeks, the condition has worsen and I am encountering back pain while sitting for long duration and also a different kind of pain on lower back left side while walking. My question is how to recover from slipped disc? Is exercise recommended in this situation?

She is having swelling in her feet & red marks & having pain . The swelling is in both feet.In  2008 she had an operation of cellulitis .
