I had injured(twisted) my ankle 2 weeks back and it got swollen and there was pain, i kept ice on the affected area and took rest. After 2 weeks the pain is gone but the swelling is there, in the morning there is no swelling but in the evenings tje swelling comes back but no pain. What needs to be done now?

IMPRESSION: Findings are suggestive of: • Increased signal seen in the anterior horn of the lateral meniscus, reaching upto its articular margins and represents grade II meniscal signal (tear). • Mild fluid is seen in knee joint. What is the recommendation for above condition ?

Hi I was met with accident two years back rod placed in my femur bone and 5 days back it was removed. From yesterday blood is getting clotted near stiches . At the end of the stiches there is hole doctor removed entire clotted blood by pressing. Today also some blood got clotted not much as yesterday.  same they remove. Attached is my stiches picture?? 1 is this a problem? why Blood is getting clotted? 2.will it clot daily ?( Need to remove daily)? 3. Why I am facing this issue?

Ligament and meniscus partial tore, had an accident  on 1st Aug 18. Initially ortho Dr. Advised just after examining by himself and told ligament tore and will recover by itself. After a month, went to another ortho since I'm not recovered. Taken a MRI and also Dr. Examined and told to follow few physiotherapy and surgery was not required. Month after (2 mon from accident) visited & advised to take wax therapy and also I was told I need to go for orthoroscopy But I don't want. 4 months now and still seeing pain and feel sometime instability. Looking for different opinions. From the report # thickening and signal change seen involving the entire ACL, High grade partial tear may be considered. # grade 2 signal change in the posterior horn of medical meniscus and lateral meniscus # small vertical tear seen in the body of lateral meniscus #signal change seen in proximal fiber and attachment of LCL
