Bone & Muscle problems

A pencil lead in my forearm. No complaints r there. If it is not removed r there any future complications

Hi , since I noticed my bones were weak, I included my diet with calcium rich and other vitamin rich diet such as milk, bone soup, wheatgrass, meat etc for whole two months and trained my body . But my forearms and legs , fingers are still weak. It's is because of some deficiency that my body didn't absorb and utilize the calcium? What should I do for increasing my bone density and volume.?

I am having pain in my lower right leg region since about 10 days. Pain is mild to moderate in severity with intermittent nature. Have been applying volini gel but no permanent relief. Please suggest some remedy.

I had ligaments tear and synovial hypertrophy . I took rest since 6months . Still I wasn't able to walk normally so I went to puttur kattu the traditional bone setter. There they made my knee to bend acutely and after bending knee completely myself they then applied external force on my knee to make it bend more . Then they applied the traditional band . Now my doubt is have they teard my ligaments more. Below I have kept MRI report of 6months back. I feel ACL or PCL WOULD BE TORED. BECAUSE OF ACUTE BENDING AND APPLYING EXTRA FORCE TO BEND AFTER FOLDING KNEE COMPLETELY WHILE IN SLEEPING POSTION.

It's been a month after acl reconstruction surgery. Doctor has advised to not use they brace anymore. I am feeling pain right after getting up from my sleep and also while walking. While sleeping it hurts when I change my sleeping position. What could be the reason?

MRI for left knee was conducted after adviced by the doctor. As said by the doctor, there is no treatment other than surgery. Kindly suggest if surgery is the only resort.
