Bone & Muscle problems

I m 32 working women, i often have pain in right limbs of my body, sometimes my pelvic muscles hurts badly which tends to continue for 3 to 5 days , sometime shoulder pain starts to hurt which is very severe, hot pack helps but pain rebounds quickly...cant even lie down properly on bed.. this cycle continue every month..plz help

TH PATIENT HAD A PROBLEM OF RIGHT SHOULDER JOINT PAIN FOR LAST 2YRS.HE HAD TREATED THE PAIN CONSERVATIVELY.BUT FOR LAST 4DAYS HE HAD TREMENDOUS PAIN AND MOVEMENT WAS RESTRICTED.HIS ABDUCTION IS 20 DEGREE.THEN HE HAD DONE MRI OF RIGHT SHOULDER AND IT IS RULED OUT OF 1)ADHESIVE CAPSULITIS 2) SUPRASPINATUS TENDINITIS.NOW HE IS TAKING CHYMORAL AP TABLET FOR PAIN. SO PLS ADVICE THE RIGHT TREATMENT NEEDED TO CURE THE DISEASES AND PAIN.ALSO ADVICE PHYSIOTHERAPY IF NEEDED.THANK YOU

I felt down on my arm, from that day onwards I am getting arm pain. I went to doctors they suggested use some medicine, I had medicine few days, no swelling, if I lift the weights I am getting pain, please suggest me this problem.

My left shoulder was dislocated 2 years ago and the same was treated with closed reduction under sedition. Now I want to do some excercise and want to play games.
