I have  suffering neck pain and muscles pain in my shoulder. Hot compressed is allow in muscle pain.?

Injured myself while playing indoor sport, fell on the floor taking support of left arm which resulted in lot of pain. X-ray showed no fracture but doctor asked to wear sling for few weeks. It's been a month, I can move my arm and lift things, but cannot fold or stretch my hand at the elbow region (maybe 90% of what it should be). What is the issue and remedy?

My wife is having pain in lower pack from past 2-3 weeks. To get relief,she also uses warm water bottle in that area.

Hi my husband is frequently getting back bone pain.he was hospitalized for a week .the doctors are saying that a gap has raised between backbone joint and tissue. and they are telling that bone has increased and they have to do surgery.is surgery necessary or else there is any treatment plz suggest me.

I played football before 18 days. I collided with a player and there was some pain in the right left below ankle. The pain subsided after 2 days. I travelled through train and suddenly pain and swelling started in the right leg, on the 3rd day. On 4th day fever started. And i underwent treatment for fever and due to side effects or symptoms , face swelled . On 10th day, the fever and swelling of face are treated and i was fine. But, the leg pain remained. I tried to massage with a gel. The swelling become large. I consulated an orthopedic doctor and he told me to take x ray of the right leg and the x-ray was fine and there is no fracture of hairline fracture. He prescribed a pain killer and told.not to massage the leg and treat it with heat. I took pain killers and tried heat. But, the pain remained. I again consulted the doctor again today. He tested for uric acid in blood and it was below the limit. Now, the doctor again prescibed 15 days. how to address this prpblem?

Wrist injury - not sure about the problem and need opinion if plaster or mri scanning is required . There is swelling onthe wrist and i am unable to twist my wrist. There is no damage to the fingers or any other part.
