Bone & Muscle problems

From last 3 days in my knee i hearing a cracking popping sound coming.. I don't having any pain in my knee. Please help... I am worried.. Please tell any medicine or home remedies to stop that sound coming from myknee

I have this problem for 1 week and taking aceclofenac 100 mg and multi vitamin tablets in the morning after food . Afternoon and evening I feel little comfortable and relive. But again next day morning pain and tiredness started . What is the permanent solution for this and when I ll get relive from this permanently . Taking tablet continuously is also danger ?

Is overuse ankle injury cause to drop in vitamin d3 level. 8 years back I had overused injured ankle for athletic after some days body pain begains.

I have a ganglion cyst on right hand side of wrist since more than 5 years. Could anyone please help me out should I meet general surgeon or orthopaedist for treatment.

I have this problem for past 3 days .. I went to hospital and have check blood wbc , Rbc , plate and rhs .. every thing is normal . Two month back have taken paleo blood check up and it shows vitamin D3 deficiency. So have taken chalciferoal 600000 per week and this have taken for 4 times (one month ) . Please note that I also have chronic sinus and taking tablet for past two months .. now I have only leg and arm joint pain for past 3 days .. please provide solution .

I m facing a pain while doing any movement with right wrist. There is a small buldge on the wrist which only be seen if i flex my wrist. It used to pain earlier also but not that bad and was able to suffer. Now after recent exercise i did its paining badly can't even do small things.

While playing yesterday I got a spinal nerve bulge ( I had this problem earlier ) and now I am not able to move from yesterday evening ...

Legs are feeling like a pressing when stand  so that body pains begins . All reports are normal exept vit d3 and b12 . After taking vitamin supplements also not came to normal . Then what will be the cause.

Hello sir's, I was suffering from pain in my upper back and neck, and in right shoulder, i took psychotherapies but no avail. Doctor told me to go for mri of cervical spine, i m attaching my report please check what is the problem and suggest me. My doc told me everything is all right just want second opinion.

Hi sir/Madam, I am durga, my mother facing legs pain problem from past 2 years onwords, she is working women, she visited so many hospitals, but problem not cured, she is not able to walk so many times, can anyone  please help me or suggest to rectify from this problem.
