Bone & Muscle problems

I'm advised to get screws and rod removed from femur, I will plan to get this done . I need to know how much time it will take to recover. Attached is not my x-ray but same as mine bone got healed completely. Rod inserted time sep 21 2015.

I am suffering from lower back pain from last 3-4 days and also mild pain in shoulder and neck. Please advise

There is constant pain in back bone which increases after waking up in mornings. Also, have lately observed head swinging quite frequently. I could be because of over wieght and bone weakness as she delivered our kid 1 year ago.

I have heel pain after waking up or resting for long. It is only in left leg. Also took soft cusion shoes and always wear soft heel sandles. Took calsirol pouch as well for 1 month on weekly basis. Someone suggested to do calf exercise which gave relief to some extent. Kindly suggest how to cure it fully?
