My MRI report says this Superior end plate depression  involving L4 Disc desiccation changes noted at L3-L4 and L5-S1 levels Diffuse disc bulge with posture-central disc protrusion at L3-L4 level. With no neural compromise Diffuse disc bulge at L4-L5 and L5-S1levels with no neural compromise Disc osteophyte complex noted at  C4-C5 ,C5-C6 levels causing compression of thecal sac and grade-1 central canal stenosis.  My pain is worse from last 2 days going upper back and even I bent forward a little n while sitting also Pain at shoulders also I'm really bothered becoz I'm married still we don't have any child When I was using tablets for last 20 days a little pain now my 20 days course completed but pain still exists is there any solution for permanent cure

I underwent an ACL reconstruction on December 28. Currently I'm doing my physiotherapy and exercises. The knee is slightly swollen and I can't keep it straight or  bend more than 120 degrees. Also there are muscle cramps and pains. Is this normal? Should I push for more excercises?

Dear doctors, My accident was 1 month ago (04/12/2018) and i hv compression fracture L1 so heres some my questions. • how much time i need total bedrest • IMP - even after month i have pain in my back waist when i standup more than 10 minutes ( i upload pic which is mention area where pain occurs) •how my fracture heal and is it stable fracture or unstable? ( I uploaded my x-rays and image where i got pain ) ( x ray image date: 11/01/2019) Plz help im very depressed

My mom is diagnosed with Spinal TB. She was suffering from back pain from last one year, but now due to improper diagnosis, the reason for this was never fully understood. Recently in MRI scans,one doctor has indicated presence of spinal  TB. Inorder to treat it, he has given anti biotics and some multivitamin and calcium supplements, and has advised complete bed rest. The doctor is advising to undertake surgery as soon as possible. I have attached MRI scans. Is surgery last resort in this case? Can it be treated with medications, and total bed rest?

I have a knee pain in my right leg. A doctor in chennai told me it is a early OA after seeing the xray. But I'm doubtful if it is really a OA. I need your suggestion on this. I'm just 28 years old and only right side knee is paining, no other joints. If it is a OA, will that go worse to a situation am unable to walk normally. I read in blogs that it will slowly progress in the wholebody. Need your advice on this please

I have full back pain and also from neck to middle back. And also i got pain in my shoulders and bones in chest. Also whenever i stand up after couple of hors or more than that my foot starts paining as if they are swelling. Recently from 5 mnths i gained 15kg weight

For the past few weeks she has been experiencing severe pain in her hands. It has increased so much that it has become difficult for her to lift small things and even her own hand. She has pain all over her body but currently it is in her hands and sometimes back. We have consulted a doctor before and he prescribed her some vitamins. He stated that it is due to Vitamin D deficiency. For the past few weeks she has been taking this medication but her co has not yet improved. Kindly advice on what should be done to improve her condition.
