A month after injury, the tendon would have shortened and it will be difficult if not impossible to get the ends of tendon back together. Even if the ends come back together, there will be a long period of physiotherapy and the chances of failure are high.

After tendon injury, you should go to hospital as soon as possible. Results become poorer as time passes. It can not be treated on line.
