Supraspinatus tendon tear
Met with accident on 02/01/2017,and doctor told me there is a tear of supraspinatus tendon muscle advised me rest for 30 days, rest taken and other observe almost no pain in my shoulder, can I do workouts like thread mill and gymnastic please suggest?

Dear Sir, A full thickness supraspinatus tear does not repair itself. Although not painful have long term implications. There is a condition called rotator cuff tear arthropathy which is in simple words shoulder arthritis if a supraspinatus tear is left alone.

Regular Strengthening of Shoulder Muscles. Warm up and cool down is a must. Hot fomentation.

Start with Physio and exercise. Improve your shoulder strength and mobility for about 3 weeks. than start incremental work-outs. If the pain recurrs need to consult Orthopaedic doctor n get re-examination n MRI if necessary.
