Suffering from shoulder pain after an accident. As per doctors advise, done MRI for right shoulder. Below is the finding. Kindly advise if any surgery is required.
Finding:
Acromioclavicular arthrosis.
Supraspinatus and infraspinatus tendinosis.
Near total full thickness tear involving distal end of supraspinatus tendon. Intrasubstance partial tear of infraspinatus tendon.
Fluid in subacromial subdeltoid and subcoracoid bursa.
Mild periarthritis.
