Bone & Muscle problems

I had an accident where I injured my right wrist Open (Gustilo Anderson III C) Radius and Ulna Dislocation with Radial and Ulna Styloid Fracture with DRUJ Disruption) on June 16. I have been doing Physio regularly but I'm having trouble with my dorsiflexion range and not able to flex my wrist or bend it.

I having sternum pain for more than 2 years. It was severe if I crack any nut in sternum. But now I'm unable do so and the pain it manageable. But still it appears quite frequently May once in 2 days and goes off. Having pain at the bottom of sternum or just above the upper abdomen. I'm having this pain for about 3 months. I had stomach ache and digestion difficulties. I was diagnosed with gastric ulcer and doctor asked to take medicine early morning for 3 weeks. Now I feel better when it comes to ulcer or stomach pain. But pain below sternum still continues and i can feel the pain even if I press that area. I had joint pains before a month in my hands after waking up. My orthopaedic doc suspected it to be arthritis but the blood result was negative. The medicine which he gave didn't work well but I started having pure cow milk in the morning and the pain is gone. Having occasional knee pain even. Which goes off on its own. Damn afraid to have all these problem at this age.

The moment I lydown on my bed... For the next 10 mins.. I hv too much of discomfort .. then it settles down ..then while changing my sides .. I get back pain.. The next time it pains if when and after I get up. . I find it very difficult to stand up straight on my feet ... I need someone to hold and help me get up. ..because of the pain and tht again is there till next 10 mins... after tht Iam able to move around and return to my routine ..though not too comfortably .. but I'm able to atleast move around... My issue is.. only when I'm in sleeping position or when I'm going to lydown or when I'm getting up...

Hi, I have been suffering from lower right back pain and hip pain from 45 days and i have done MRI and the reports reveal that i have 1)Inflammatory Arthritis of lower aspects of Right SI Joint. 2)Mild degenerative Spondylosis of Whole spine. 3)Annualar bulge of L 4-5 disc. I am still having the pain, what are the next steps i have to take and my age is 23 and what may be the cause of this at this age. Please suggest me to cure this in long term or in short term. Thanks in advance.

Can anyone tell me about the side effects of disc slip surgery. I am having disc slip with canal spacing of 4 to 7mm. As per surgeon they will remove my disc by surgery. I am afraid of the side effects post surgery. Can anyone tell me about that?

The pain is now for 5-6 months. I have pain in the right side of right wrist. What could be the possible reason?

Hello There is pain in lower back.in L4 and L5 there is slight bulge.Also there is numbness in legs. Doctor have suggested epidural injection. Is it OK in this age for injection Please guide

I am suffering with backbone(downside)and shoulder blades pain from 1week . Sometimes i feel in balance while walking and light giddiness in my head . Feeling dizziness all the time .Can any one help me out with this .
