I have lower back pain problem.
I have lower back pain problem since 1 year, in middle I did exercises and felt it got reduced but now once again constant back pain, I can walk, sit straight but when I try to bend forward, towards right leg, towards left leg then I feel the pain, got MRI of LS spine - Minimal diffuse disc bulge is noted at L4-L5 level effacing the ventral thecal sac & minimally indenting the right traversing nerve roots. No significant neural foraminal narrowing. Disc dessication is noted at C5-C6 level No disc bulge/ Protrusions. No significant neural foraminal narrowing/central canal narrowing.

From the report I can see you have pressure on the nerves. If it is only back pain which is bothering you, then proper pain management with painkillers, regular exercise,  Physiotherapy, posture improvement and lifestyle factors modification is needed.

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate the patient  in detail. Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder, if there is  any. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold air. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for  back and hips and knees . --.(Take help of a  physiotherapist). --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan.
