I have lower back pain problem since 1 year, in middle I did exercises and felt it got reduced but now once again constant back pain, I can walk, sit straight but when I try to bend forward, towards right leg, towards left leg then I feel the pain, got MRI of LS spine - Minimal diffuse disc bulge is noted at L4-L5 level effacing the ventral thecal sac &
minimally indenting the right traversing nerve roots. No significant neural foraminal narrowing.
Disc dessication is noted at C5-C6 level
No disc bulge/ Protrusions. No significant neural foraminal narrowing/central canal narrowing.

From the report I can see you have pressure on the nerves. If it is only back pain which is bothering you, then proper pain management with painkillers, regular exercise, Physiotherapy, posture improvement and lifestyle factors modification is needed.
