I have a hairline fracture at the base of calcaneus in my right foot. My orthopaedic doctor in Bangalore attached a below knee slab. I have been asked to rest for one month and take Orocal tablets( calcium ). Also he asked me to visit after 10 days i.e today. But I am in Mumbai. What do I need to do now. It only pains if I walk and now the pain has reduced.

I had a knee injury about a year ago and even though the reports were all fine it hurt a lot to climb stairs and sometimes walk too. It was getting better and so I decided to jog a little bit everyday But for about 2-3 days now it has been hurting again, the knee has a pins and needles feeling that spreads to the thigh, especially after I sit in one place for a long time and the bones around it hurt when I touch them

Hi everyone, I have successfully completed three and a half months of my bone tb treatment. I was diagnosed with bone tb in August and had been facing chronic pain since jan. 2018 in my ankle. Now my foot has been stuck in a plantar flexion position for months now, its more mobile now compared to before. Its not normal though. My doctor says that I need to keep excercising my foot in up and down motion, that is the only way I will be able to walk and otherwise I wont be able to walk. What to do?

From past 2 weeks I am not able to eat food dur to pain in my jaw bone while chewing now the pain has started if I put finger in ear and press upwards it's unbearable pain. What should be done as due to this i am loosing weight due to not eating. The pain Is  more while opening and closing of mouth. Kindly tell any natural effective remedy so that it can be cured.

What's is the problem behind this...while riding a bike... burning sensation feels in Palm region in left hand and pain in wrist in right hand at a certain angle...like twisting Palm in the inner direction.,

Having pain in the upper back pain near the shoulder and also chest pain. No other issues. Is it due to acidity

I can't walk properly suffering from ankle pain please look into this and reply reply as soon as possible.

Hello, I had a viral fever on Nov 3to6. Temp was abt 105 deg.. During fever itself the joint pains started. Couldn't even sit in sofa and wake-up... After a week it came under manageable pain. Almost a month it continues. So I decided to go for check up on nov 25th. Doc told it may b a post viral symptoms also he take a look on my joints and said no inflammation. He also prescribed rantac b4 food and signoflam aft food for 5days twice a day.While taking tablet no pain at all. Aft 5days now the pain s again with severity... Wrist, finger bones, 10cms below knee joint, sides of thigh muscle (not in bone). All the pain in right side only... Y it's paining this much.. How long take it ll get cure? Or need go for checkup again. I don't want to take a pain killer on regular basis. Now am doing home remedies using hot water bag. Thank you

Hi, i had issue with one medicine due that i got skin rashes. Active composition is Aceclofenac. Now another medicine was given to me and composition is Diclofenac. Just would like to know can i take this new medicine with Diclofenac composition. kindly help me in this.
