Bone & Muscle problems

My doctor recommended Celol cap ( calcium carbonate 500mg+ calcitriol 0.025mg) due to unavailability of medicine my chemist suggested Calinept tab with little different composition. Can I have Calinept instead of Celol or should I change. Please suggest any other similar substitutes of Celol cap as mostly everything is unavailable.

Hi, some six months back, I started getting pain  in my upper right back. The pain was not exactly at the surface of the back, but somewhere beneath the surface. I visited a physiotherapist and she asked me to use home remedies like using hot water pad, correcting the sitting posture etc. After that, the pain was slightly reduced but it started all again in a matter of 10 days. But this time I didn't visit any doctor.The pain is mild not something unbearable hence I continued with my daily routine. However, during last 2-3 months, I have noticed that pain is spreading. Now my right shoulder bone is also paining and sometimes that pain is unbearable. I'm very much scared if this is sign of some serious disease. Any input on this will be greatly appreciated. Please help

I had a fracture on the 4th toe i put plaster for 1 month after that doctor ties my 3rd and 4th toe together it longs fir 10 days after removing all swelling occurs while i stand or walk for a while Is that doesn't heals? Or swelling is usual after removing plaster??

What is the reason behind this? Is it usual for every cases?

Hello, From past few months i have discovered pain near my lower end of ribs..it actually feels inside of lower portion of ribs, image 1. During day i feel completely fine but it tends to increase if I stretch or lay down for more than an hour or so. Usually while i sleep it gets so sever that I can't sleep with straight back and tend to ease if i turn and put a pillow or something near my stomach for support. Also while lying down in straight back position i do get pain when I exhales completely and at this time its inside of the area where ribs connects near chest, image 2 This never happened me in past and recently I shifted and The matress on which I sleep don't feel premium and feels it could be because of that as well as it never happened in past. Also if I sleep on the ground on cotton matress it feels it eases pain. Could someone throw some light whats going on and if it is serious??
