Bone & Muscle problems

I had ACL reconstruction surgery on 23 September 2018. I had excessive swelling dues to which I was not able to to achieve mobility in my knee. I've been able to bend my knee up to 90 degrees since a week and half now. I got it checked with the doctor, itseems I've adhesion in my knee which is hampering my knee mobilization. How do I take care of this situation?

I have ACL sprain ie overstretched ligaments. My doctor has recommended for wrapping elastic bandage for 6 weeks For how many hours (10 hours /12 hours/14hours /16 hours ) should I wrap these bandages ???

I am an IT manager. I have constant pain in the neck and also I need to travel for 2 hours daily. I am not able to bear the pain.

All food taken can I take little bit alcohol before food or not I am previously regular drinker from 13 days no drink

Hi, On daily basis for last 4-5 days my left leg pains while I drive the car & climb on stairs. It becomes normal post 15 mins. The pain starts from Knee & stretches till ankle. Kindly suggest remidtation.

I had an accident couple of months ago and I was treated for the necessary,after which I developed an infection due to which the implants were removed for my distal humerus fracture , after a month my fracture started to heal but without the implants ,now my hand is fully healed but I have a malunion and it effects my range of motion , is there a treatment for this
