Sir mera distal femur fracture hai 5 month ho gye hai sir but sir ladder chadta hu toh knee pain hota hai sir plzz sir suggest me kya karu

I had injured my right knee on 11th Nov, 2018 during my taekwondo practice. It was a twisting injury. Also I had an MRI few days ago, which confirmed the following things : 1) Complete tear of anterior cruciate ligament 2)Tear of posterior horn of medial meniscus(grade 2) 3) Partial tear of lateral collateral ligament 4) Knee joint effusion with suprapatellar bursitis. 5) Bony contusion and marrow oedema in proximal portion of tibia predominantly lateral condyle. Right now I have some mild pain, along with instability and clicking sounds. The doctor said that I need surgery. I want a sccond opinion, do I need surgery? Please help ASAP.

I had a knee injury about a year ago and it was more or less healed However, ever since winter started my legs feel really cold and those joints and the muscles around my knee and thigh feel really cold and hurt a lot. There are some spots that have dark red spots which hurt.

I had an injury 2.5 months back. The report says non displaced tear of posterior labrum, 7-12 o clock. Is orthoscopy required for it, or can it be healed on its own. I feel pain and weakness in shoulder.

SO PLS ADVICE THE RIGHT TREATMENT NEEDED TO CURE THE DISEASES AND PAIN.ALSO ADVICE PHYSIOTHERAPY IF NEEDED.THANK YOU
