I tend to bend my right wrist to the right side ways due to some kind of discomfort in the right side of the right wrist, I have to do it often due to that tiny discomfort in the right side of the right wrist, otherwise my wrist is normal ... Although this is not of much botheration to me in any ways, I am concerned if this is any kind of nerve damage signal or any kind of joint arthritis kind of thing... Kindly help me to resolve this issue

Hey i am 26 now and i want to increase my hieght is there anything that can be done to increase my hieght by 3 4 inches?

My father aged 80,was bed ridden for 12 months.now he can walk with support but his knees are bent outwards and foot is not straight.this has affected his recovery.what can we do? Will it ever cure?

I suffer pain in my right knee when I try to bend and cross legs while sitting or when I simply try and bend my knee entirely. It also hurts while climbing and running. I wanted to know what kind of ailment could this be? Should I go to a physiotherapist or should I get an X-ray done.

Is there any cure of it? My age is 30 Already both hip joints replaced... Left in 2016... Right in 2017.... Soon in a month will go for Right shoulder joint replaced... I am quite over weight... Current medications are to control cholesterol, uric acid, maintain vitamin D and gemfos 35... Some doctors suggested stem cell therapy may work... And rest doctors said to wait till pain increases till shoulder joints can bear the pain to get replaced... What should be the right action plan?

I hv back pain since 2½year, that started after lifting weights. Now I got an MRI n it says "Diffuse annular disc bulge at L4-L5 n L5-S1 levels indenting the thecal sac. No significant compromise of the neural foraminae or lateral reccess on both sides".  What are the options I have to get ride of the condition? Thank you

Undergone TKR in right knee 4 months back. But thr knee still pains a lot. Also now pain has started in left knee.
