She had a recent fall, and hit her hip and groin area. She had severe pain in those areas. Could you please advice.

I am on fiberglass cast since 26 days . But in these days I'm feeling dull, a bit weak and even I can't able to focus on studies either  prayer . The thing I am doing is only sleeping with any schedule,  is this thing normal or should I need to consult Dr.

Saurabh Shrivastav : I want to start consuming Lime Chuna for me and for my Mom also becoz she has Joints problm so Is buying the Chuna from Normal Pan shop good for consuming or we should take it from somehwere else.My mom has Thyroid and Arthritis also and I have Heard and Studied that taking bit of chuna everyday morning is benefial As it contains pure calcium so my Question is how to examin that weather that type of chuna can we consume or no is it oure or in a form to consume or no?

Got hurt while getting down from cab and the knee hit to sit,so applied volini spray and took pain killers still pain is not going. so what will be the diagnosis?

At times i feel pain in right ankle while climbing down the stairs. It subsedes the next morning. Strange that i never get it while walking on plain surface. I exercise by walking 10 km a day. My age i s 45.

I have this problem for 1 week and taking aceclofenac 100 mg and multi vitamin tablets in the morning after food . Afternoon and evening I feel little comfortable and relive. But again next day morning pain and tiredness started . What is the permanent solution for this and when I ll get relive from this permanently . Taking tablet continuously is also danger ?

Is overuse ankle injury cause to drop in vitamin d3 level. 8 years back I had overused injured ankle for athletic after some days body pain begains.
