Waist pain & back pain
Severe waste pain through out day and night from last two days, particularly on lower right side  which is not tolerable now. There is history of back pain for years and had visted couple of doctors regarding same. Back pain starts after couple of hours of sleep and various locations. Done MRI as well. Checked uric acid,b12 and D total recently - all of them found normal. Shall we consult orthopaedic , physiotherapist or any other specialist?

This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate the patient  in detail. Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or any other metabolic disorder, if there is  any. Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Caldikind plus  (Mankind) 1 tab OD x 10 days. (You may need help of your local doctor to get these medicines.) --. Fomentation with warm water. Let the part not be exposed to cold air. --. Sleep on a hard bed with soft bedding. --. Use no pillow under the head. --. Avoid painful acts & activities. -- .Do mild exercises for  back and hips --.(Take help of a  physiotherapist). --Do not ignore, let it not become beginning of a major problem. --Do ask for a detailed treatment plan. Avoid forward bending. Avoid lifting of heavy weights. Do not sit in one posture for long periods. Avoid using NY soft mattresses. Hot water fomenation. Analgesic gel application locally. Backstrentheing exercises. Physiotherapy. Plenty of fruits and green leafy vegetables. Share MRI AND OTHER INVESTIGATIONS.

Need to see spine specialist.many times patient's clinical examination gives lots and lots of clues than only seeing MRI.so kindly find and see nearby Spine Surgeon

I think you should consult a spine specialist . There has to be a reason for chronic back pain. Acute episode mostly may be due to acute muscle spasm. U may try tab myoril 4mg 1-0-1 for 5 days. However , personal examination and consultation to a doctor is recommended.
