Bone & Muscle problems

By improper sleeping position i hurted my wrist on the side of pinky finger. It has been a month i tried lots of exercise nothing worked. It pains when i try to twist and turn my hand nor it doesn't. I am unable yo play games like cricket. Please suggest me what should be done i am frustrated with this pain😭.

Near ankles or in area between shoulder and the ankle and sometimes also in both the knees ans feet... and. my uric acid level is 6.7..it is due to the uric acid high level...

20 days back i have started running  practice...since 10 days feeling pin pointed pain at knee..it is quit normal .when doing walking... ...and i took 3 days rest and again started practice as i felt good...but the same thing was repeated...horrible pain when i getting down from stairs and during running...so kindly suggest ...what i have to do..to get fit at running. ..

From last 3yrs, she is having knee problem and is having difficulty in sitting with folded leg. Usually, she used to have pain in waist. She usually used to go for a short walk for maximum 2km every morning. Although these are the symptoms of old age but then also if any liquid or lotion available for its cure please suggest.

Recently developed a swelling above the elbows for both hands and also hurt my elbow to a wall trying to pass through rooms..
