My shoulders are cracking both sides with no pain and i have not injured .there is no injury .When iam rolling on bed sound is occur without injury how this happen .Is there any medicenes are there what type of treatment required

Clicking sounds from joints are pretty normal and usually harmless. If no pain no difficulty in movements then u can safely ignore.
