I'm 20 years old and my height 162cm and my dad is 161 and mom 160 can I increase more height I have many issues with my bone... low vitamin d3 and many issues of bone so what I do for it specially height

Height usually is determined by many factors including genetics. It does not increase after skeletal maturity which is usually there in boys from 14-16 years. If you are concerned about your height you can use internal shoe raise. Vitamin d can be corrected by taking certain meds and exposing yourself to sunlight
