If 15 day period of anti-inflammatory drugs not helping it's best to get an steroid injection at the site by an orthopaedic surgeon after routine blood tests specially blood sugar and also get your vitamin d 3 levels and B12 levels  checked. Till then do stretching exercises and contrast bath .

Hi Calf symptoms are very much related to the pathology. In fact it is advisable to work on calf muscles as much as your plantar fascia. You may have very good control of pain with anti inflammatory however recurrence of symptoms is quite high after you stop medicines
Next Steps
Exercise and stretch of plantar fascia and calf is key to prevent recurrence once your symptoms are under control with anti inflammatory
