How to get rid of plantar fasciitis or aleast relief from the pain.
Whenever i feel the plantar fasciitis is tight, my calf muscles also pains a lot.

Is it in one foot or in both feet?
Do blood tests for uric acid.
Proper footware with soft sole and arch support, avoid long standing and analgesics will do good.
Also plantar fascia stretching physiotherapy procedure is beneficial.

For a quick relief you may take steroid injection at tender point but that will give you temporary effect
