Plantar Fasciitis and Heel Spur
I have been diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis in my legs and also recently doctor has discovered a heel spur in my left leg. The problem is that I am currently in Germany and here doctor has suggested me laser therapy or surgery as last option. My question is that do I really need to go for any of this? Is there any way I can support myself with exercises and when I am back in India, I can go for treatment. Please guide me through, I am in lot of pain.
