I have knee tendinitis in my left leg. Dr suggested to take rest for 3 weeks. I am having Tendocare along with Hycrit tablet. Even after 1.5 weeks I am not feeling any kind of relief in the pain. What is the best way for this pain any exercise or something. PFA prescription

Uric acid level is going  increased and after take medicine it is decrease. One month back we have left medicine now again my uric acid level is high. Kindly guide us how to control the same.

Ankle get swell ...lots of pain in legs ..after waking 2-3 mins fastly...my legs get in too much pain...

I have uric acid reduced from 6.9 to 1.4.please guide still I have to take febustat 40.please also guide that I can take food which contains purine,

I got my leg tilted recently due to which suffered pain at knee. Consulted nearest doctor advised to go for knee MRI. Now suggested to go for Artho scopy. My question is, is it compulsory to go for artho scopy? Any other method.  Please suggest. Attaching MRI report.

I had an accident where I injured my right wrist Open (Gustilo Anderson III C) Radius and Ulna Dislocation with Radial and Ulna Styloid Fracture with DRUJ Disruption) on June 16. I have been doing Physio regularly but I'm having trouble with my dorsiflexion range and not able to flex my wrist or bend it.

I having sternum pain for more than 2 years. It was severe if I crack any nut in sternum. But now I'm unable do so and the pain it manageable. But still it appears quite frequently May once in 2 days and goes off. Having pain at the bottom of sternum or just above the upper abdomen. I'm having this pain for about 3 months. I had stomach ache and digestion difficulties. I was diagnosed with gastric ulcer and doctor asked to take medicine early morning for 3 weeks. Now I feel better when it comes to ulcer or stomach pain. But pain below sternum still continues and i can feel the pain even if I press that area. I had joint pains before a month in my hands after waking up. My orthopaedic doc suspected it to be arthritis but the blood result was negative. The medicine which he gave didn't work well but I started having pure cow milk in the morning and the pain is gone. Having occasional knee pain even. Which goes off on its own. Damn afraid to have all these problem at this age.
