I have pain in back and right leg groin and sound also come when I move my back in irregular direction
Doctor ordered a HLA-B27 PCR qualitative and ESR
Both came negative
X-ray of both joint is also normal
What I have to do
Will have to go for physiotherapy.

It is recommended to stay active and engage in simple exercises . Being active and doing gentle exercises actually helps in speeding up the recovery.. If the pain persists beyond 6- 8 week s or if you develop limb pain , weakness or bowel or bladder incontinence/retention you should consult a specialist.
