I felt down on my arm, from that day onwards I am getting arm pain. I went to doctors they suggested use some medicine, I had medicine few days, no swelling, if I lift the weights I am getting pain, please suggest me this problem.

My left shoulder was dislocated 2 years ago and the same was treated with closed reduction under sedition. Now I want to do some excercise and want to play games. Dr. Has prescribed me below medicines- Bio D3 max 500mg Nerv max Nucoxia 120 Calcirol 1G sachet Since pain is exactly like same, so suggest me how to take these medicines and for how many days. I've had knee pain for about a year now because of running a lot and even though all my tests seemed normal (even for arthritis) it used to hurt a lot. Recently I was able to start jogging again but my calf muscles hurt a bit. I had to stop jogging again and now my joints have started hurting again, especially when they are exposed to cold. Is this a common thing? And are there any ways to deal with it?
