From past few days I am experiencing a tingly sensation .something jumping back and forth in my body. In shoulder, above knees ,in the back . Is is what we called as tingling ?? Pls expalin and help what to do ? What all should be taken .

My hands used to pain but later during the day it used to stop paining but now the pain has become so much that I am not able to move the hand in the morning and the pain slowly decreases but it doesn't go. My pain is mostly on the left hand but sometimes my right also pains but my left pains so much that I have to be very careful while moving my arm because of the pain.
