Bone & Muscle problems

I developed a swimmwers shoulder in my right shoulder.However i didnt realize it till late.The problem used to be chronic in the beginning as it used to transform into unaligned shoulders.However lately the probelm has got better but has not totally vanished.It has been almost 6 months and I am doing some basic exercices to gain full rotation. But i still do feel some pain during some moments.I no longer have constant paib or disaligned shoulders. Do suggest something suitable.

Is vitamin d3 and vitamin d test is different. One doctor advice me to check level. But i am confused which test i should do vitamin d3 or vitamin d. Is both test are different.
