Getting pain in my right knee all of a sudden while walKing and it becomes to normal if I relax for 5 min. The pain will be very severe when it occurs..And it becomes better if I take rest for 5 min.i didn't faced this problem in past.there won't be any pain while sitting or sleeping it occurs only while walking which comes all of a sudden.

Every day, I notice a different shape of nose, i had a very straight nose, but from 1 year appeared a hump on my nose, it is visible expecially on the left side of my nose. Sometimes it disappear and it return normal. Somedays it becomes more visibile. Why?! A day i woke up with a very visibile hump on my nose, but then i applicated ice and it disappeared. Why my nose changes every day? Is it the bone or the cartilage that changes? Yesterday, i also woke up with a hump on my nose, so I applied a little of 'menthol powder and the nose has "deflated", the hump was gone and the nose had become smaller.

I am suffering with pain in the left knee while taking stairs since 2 weeks. Please tell me how to get rid of this.

My vitamin D3 level is 6 and minimum recommended is 30 I suppose. I have started taking Calcitas D3 60k. I am talking it weekly. How many tablets should I take before reaching desired levels? Thanks in advance.

Hi I met with an accident two years ago on April of 2016 . I got injured in my knee . When I showed to doctor he advised me it's a small injury . The pain has still not gone . It keeps on relapsing . I get a sense of burning and pain even when a small cloth touches to the affected area . I did an mri on January 2017 . The report said I have got some sort of chondromalacia petella grade 3 , the doctor advised me a few knee strengthening exercises , it has had no impact on my pain . I find it difficult to jog I get swelling on my foot when the knee pain increases . Kindly advise me some medicines and routine for the treatment Thanks
