Hlw sir my mother have been suffering from sudden high lower back simce 2 days.. Whenever she sit she feels pain in lower back right side.. The pain is just in samll area not legs and other ares. No any other other pain or fever or anything just pain in small area.. What to do

I have a chronic pain in ankle and knee from past a month. I have asked to done some tests. I am also having a UTI from past 8 months for which also I am on medication.

Son age 9 year has sufferd from JIA since may 2017.while riding cycle felt down his left knee was affected but not broken .after MRI doctor decleared JIA.doctor given medicine saaz 500 mg,neprosiyn 250 mg, folitract 10 mg.but not controled again doctor given asteroid his left knee.after some time his right knee was swelling and pain start,doctor given right knee asteriod.some deys after again pain and swlling start his left knee,doctor given advice to intracept 25 mg every week. March2018 intracept 25 mg started every week ,some days after his swlling and pain have controlled doctor given intracep 15 days again give once in month .total entracept 7 has been given till jun 18. His ESR and CRP fully decrease so his intracept inj was stopped Again october18 his right knee has sweling and pain .please give me direction at time his intracept inj is closed only saaz 500 ,follitrac 15 mg every week and neprosiyn 250 mg are running.
