I had a lower back ache from last 1.5 months. Post injection I felt stiffness in my whole back. Gone through the medical consultation and had medicine also. But still stiffness is there. At times i feel pain in right ankle while climbing down the stairs. It subsedes the next morning. Strange that i never get it while walking on plain surface. I exercise by walking 10 km a day. My age i s 45.
