I have pain like an electric shock on the inside of my wrist tothe elbow and its very very mild but its there . whenver i do something continuously with my hands it becomes aggrevated a lil bit but it is mostly mild and is irritating .its been over a week now .what could thatbe

I have pain in my left hand index finger, almost 25 days back my finger got twisted while massaging. From then I have mild pain in the finger. I able to do all works but when I put pressure it pains but very dull. Any suggestions
